Neck stretches

The neck, which already supports a head weighing around 4-6 kg, is now subjected to extra strain due to prolonged forward-leaning postures from smartphones and other devices.

Let’s stretch our necks.

Lower your left arm, grasp the left side of your head with your right hand, and tilt it diagonally forward to the right.

Hold for 15-30 seconds, then return to the starting position and repeat on the other side.

Next, while holding your left collarbone with your right hand, lift your chin diagonally upward to the right.

Turn your face to the right, further stretching your neck.

Repeat on the other side.

This will stretch both the back and front of your neck.
