Your hands and fingers can become fatigued without you even realizing it from prolonged use of smartphones and computers.
These stretches are easy to do, so try performing them frequently whenever you have a spare moment.
First, extend one arm with your palm facing upward.
Using your other hand, grasp your fingertips and bend your hand back, stretching until you feel just short of pain.
Hold the stretch for 20 to 30 seconds, then release; repeat this three times.
Next, extend your arm with the back of your hand facing upward and perform the same stretch.
Again, hold for 20 to 30 seconds and repeat three times.
By keeping the arm straight while stretching, you can stretch the muscles extending from your wrist all the way up to your elbow.
